You can either keep all four pieces the same length or adjust them to your liking. The preset is saved on the Watch app and can be accessed with a tap once it’s been created.

Quick Hits, Talks, and Daily Dose are the three meditation categories available in the Apple Watch app. The Daily Dose is a ten-minute audio clip, while Quick Hits and Talks feature a variety of small audio lessons that you can listen to whenever you have a spare moment during the day.
The audio courses are all of good quality, with a more grounded narrator that feels more like a normal conversation than a supernatural lesson. If you don’t want to listen to music, you can simply set a timer from within the app and fly solo in solitude. Ten Percent Happier is available for free on the App Store, but unlocking the whole library, which includes over 500 subjects on anxiety, stress, attention, parenting, and more, costs $9.99.
Sattva offers customised meditation programmes that take you back to the ancient origins of meditation. The Apple Watch app syncs with the iPhone app, so you can favourite a lesson in the iPhone app and it will appear on the Apple Watch app. The lessons can then be listened to on your watch using AirPods or any other Bluetooth headphones. This software is far superior to the others in that you have complete control over the content you can display on your watch. Not only that, but the watch can control any content that is playing on the iPhone.
Aside from that, the watch app has a timer for quiet meditation sessions, which you may add to your existing data. Sattva has a large collection of Vedic mantras and chants to aid meditation. The app is free to use, but some content is behind a paywall that may be unlocked with a $12.99/month subscription.
Because of its content and implementation, Meditopia is a smart meditation app. The watch app displays a personalised list of meditation clips based on your preferences. The watch software syncs and collects pertinent content when you register and create an account on your iPhone. On the watch, you can listen to soothing music, meditation lessons, or mindfulness stories.
